The ACC committee is formed in accordance with the Deed Restrictions and Covenants for Hunters Point, paragraphs 1.05 to 1.08. It is the responsibility of the ACC committee to review all matters pertaining to plans, proposals and other matters pertaining to the design, location, appearance, construction, alteration, and modification of improvements on all lots in the Subdivision. This includes improvement of any kind including, but not limited to, homes, drives, walkways, garages, fences, walls, piers, boat houses, storage, and other outbuildings on any lot. The membership of the ACC committee is comprised of three (3) homeowners that serve staggering terms of three (3) years.

Other committees may be formed as necessary for special needs as determined by the homeowners.
