Please contact the Maintenance and Grounds board member, Jenny Hill. Note that there is a fee of $15.00 for each replacement key.

Every day, 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. Please use your key to lock the pool area when leaving.

Each major company such as FedEx, USPS, and UPS all have their own codes provided to them. If you use any other service, it is your responsibility to provide the code when ordering items or expecting services to arrive. Amazon has a place for you to provide this on your personal profile if needed. Please refer to the Amazon directions on where to include this information when ordering.

Fees are assessed on the first day of every calendar year and are due to be paid in full by April 1 of the same year.
