The Board of Hunters Point is formed under the guidelines of the Articles of Incorporation, Article VI. The Board of Directors is made of five (5) Directors. The Board of Directors are elected at each annual meeting, as the terms of office of the elected Directors expire and are elected to three (3) year terms. Director positions expire at varying intervals from one (1), two (2) or three (3) years.
Officers are elected or appointed by the Board. Officers are the President, one or more Vice Presidents, a Secretary, a Treasurer, or other officers as it may determine. All officers are elected or appointed until each annual meeting of the Board of Directors.
